Jeff is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has trained, coached / mentored leaders, managers and frontline associates to execute Lean methodologies within a multitude of industries and operations. Jeff takes pride in building long lasting relationships with individuals and organizations wishing to target the elimination of operational inefficiencies directly impacting operating cost, revenue loss, market growth, innovation, employee and customer loyalty.

Mason is a graduate of Bellingham Technical College with a Fisheries & Aquaculture Certificate. After Graduating in June of 2018, Mason realized the benefits his father’s company, SixSigmaTV.net, would bring to the Whatcom County Community. SixSigmaTV.net specializes in Lean & Six Sigma business optimization methodologies to reach operational success. Since opening the second branch of the company, Mason has helped many community members and businesses through Lean Six Sigma consulting services reach goals, breakthrough targets, and operate for what’s to come.

Steve is a motivated and results-focused operations consultant with more than 20 years of experience serving virtually all industries including technology, finance, logistics, healthcare, non-profit, government, medical devices and many others. Demonstrated client impact with $500+ million in bottom-line and top-line efficiencies. Drives cultural change through deployment of customer-focused, Kaizen mindsets, along with the tools and skills for identifying and eliminating waste and solving problems at all levels of any organization. Very adept at teaching very basic, and complex problem solving skills that empower all employees and make positive changes to any culture, Kaizen!

Jen is a Communications (with Cultural Diversity) graduate of Western Washington University. Her passion for relationship building has drawn her into sales and marketing, always with client facing roles. Her easy going, fun loving personality pairs well with her drive for organization and efficiency. Her goal is always to help others grow and excel. Jen's cultural diversity emphasis was put to work early in her career. She has experience both in manufacturing and service industries. She brings her high energy and welcomes the opportunity to meet new people each and every day. She spends her off time with her family and volunteering in her community. Giving back and helping others is truly her passion.
